I have been searching for a very long time for a weight loss program which makes sense and works for me.
Through LOA guru Lisa Nichols, I found a product
called Body Magic which led me to find some answers.
Wearing this garment stopped me up. Literally, I became very constipated. So I stopped wearing the garment and realized that it was time to figure out how to get my digestion working properly. I knew that it wasn’t only the garment stopping me up but something else that the garment magnified.
It was my diet of cooked food with no live digestive enzymes.
I took a class on Raw Food preparation with Christa Emrick, and I loved it! (See her link on the right.) I now eat raw as much as possible.
Eating Raw works for me and it has the added benefit of helping to balance my
Body, Mind and Spirit.
I no longer fuss about my weight. I lose weight naturally and feel healthier than one can ever imagine.
I wear the garment on occasion but I really don’t need it much anymore.
My hourglass figure comes naturally from eating raw!
The garments do work by the way. You just have to make sure you incorporate a diet high in fiber and water while wearing it.
